Tko se može prijaviti?
– Osobe koje rade s mladima ili za mlade, uključenima u rad na inkluziji mladih općenito, a posebice LGBTQ+ osoba
– Motivirane osobe, voljne uključiti se u aktivnosti projekta (kroz godinu dana, povremeno uključivanje)
– Osobe koje imaju iskustvo rada s osobama u nepovoljnom položaju
– Osobe koje žele ojačati svoje kompetencije i naučiti iz iskustava drugih te su motivirane raditi na poboljšanju prava mladih LGBTQ+ osoba u svojoj državi
– Osobe koje govore engleski
Trening će se održati od 14. do 21. listopada 2018. godine u mjestu Cluj-Napoca (Rumunjska). Radni jezik treninga je engleski. Sudjelovat će 28 mladih iz Hrvatske, Mađarske, Litve, Poljske, Srbije, Slovenije i Rumunjske, po 4 osobe iz svake zemlje. Trening će ojačati kompetencije sudionika/ica kroz 6-dnevno intenzivno učenje o temama koje su direktno vezane uz inkluziju i LGBTQ+ mlade osobe.

Projekt je odobren od Rumunjske Nacionalne agencije za Erasmus +, nositelj projekta je udruga Go Free iz Rumunjske, a partner u Hrvatskoj je Centar za građanske inicijative Poreč.

Day 1 – Sunday (14 Oct)
Travelling and arrival of participants to the training location
1.1 – Informal opening of the training and introduction into the context of the project
Day 2 – Monday (15 oct)
2.1 – Official intro, invitations, expectations and contributions. About Erasmus plus program
2.2 – Get to know each other and team-building among the participants
2.3 – LGBTQ issues in Europe and how we address them at national level
2.4 – Particularities of young LGBTQ people
2.5 – Optional/ Queer culture informal time: Multi-queer-national evening
Learning objectives: get to know the context of the training course; get to know the other participants; learning about different views on the LGBTQ issues in Europe.
Day 3 – Tuesday (16 oct)
3.1 – Bias and discrimination – a pyramid of hate
3.2 – Norm critical approach – what are norms and how we =break them
3.3 – LGBTQ rights in Europe
3.4 – Intercultural learning in LGBTQ context
3.5 – Optional/ Queer culture informal time: Gender blender party
Learning objectives: learning about LGBTQ rights; experiencing different views on the LGBTQ topic; getting to understand an intercultural context of learning.
Day 4 – Wednesday (17 oct)
4.1 – ASK model of competencies and development of competencies
4.2 – Learning needs identification
4.3 – Debriefing and the art of questions
4.4 – Conflict management in groups
4.5 – Optional/ Queer culture informal time: Vogue-ing
Learning objectives: to start raising specific competences of participants in order to work with young people; participants will learn to identify properly learning needs of young people and how to develop specific competencies for them.
Day 5 – Thursday (18 oct)
5.1 – Methods for working with young LGBTQ people: Living library
5.2 – Methods for working with young LGBTQ people: Photovoice
5.3 – Methods for working with young LGBTQ people: Image theatre, part 1
5.4 – Methods for working with young LGBTQ people: Image theatre, part 2
5.5 – Optional/ Queer culture informal time: Drag lip-sync eleganza
Learning objectives: to equip participants with concrete methods on raising participation level of young people as well as development of their competencies.
Day 6 – Friday (19 oct)
6.1 – What is advocacy?
6.2 – Advocacy and external communication plan
6.3 – Advocacy campaigns – how to organize a campaign and how to frame the topic
6.4 – Working on an awareness campaign and presenting results in the plenary
6.5 – Optional/ Queer culture informal time: Community night out
Learning objectives: participants get aware on why advocating for young LGBTQ people is important; participants learn advocacy essentials, tactics and strategies; participants learn to organize an awareness campaign.
Day 7 – Saturday (20 Oct)
7.1 – Recap and conclusions of the training course
7.2 – Follow-up plans, part 1
7.3 – Follow-up plans part 2
7.4 – Evaluation of the training course, closure.
7.5 – Optional/ Queer culture informal time: Glitter unicorn farewell party
Learning objectives: participants learn to organize follow-up activities; participants put into practice learnings from the training course.
